In September, I hunted for the Manchurian wapiti in my homeland, Central Yakutia. On the fourth day of the hunt, I managed to harvest a worthy trophy.

After a successful urial hunt, we decided to spend the night in the mountains under the open, starry sky of Uzbekistan and continue our hunt for the markhor. The temperature dropped to +3°C at night. Throughout the day, we observed three groups of markhors, totalling 12 animals. Only by the evening did we spot a worthy trophy. Out of a group of five markhors, we selected the oldest one. I took the shot from a distance of 430 meters. I managed to harvest a 10-year-old markhor. We had to descend the mountains at night, guided by the light of the moon. Many thanks to the organisers of the hunt.

To hunt the Bukhara urial, we had to climb up to the plateau of the Kugitang Ridge. I have to give credit to the donkeys who carried all our equipment; without their help it would have been a challenge. During our ascent to the plateau we managed to take a young female wolf. Vladimir successfully howled to stop her. I shot her from a distance of 153 metres. During the day we saw three groups of urials. At the end of the day we found good trophies about 900 metres away. With the help of experienced guides we were able to reduce the distance to 700 metres. I shot over a canyon at 703 metres. The harvested urial was 10 years old.

It was stunning hunt in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic at an altitude of 2,800 meters on horseback, in a mountain camp. We hunted and filmed a documentary!

Охота оказалась не сложной. Козерог добыт в первый день охоты с расстояния 230м

Потрясающая по сложности, индивидуальности и впечатлениям охота произошла у меня в начале сентября в Магаданской области на охотский подвид снежного барана. Три полных дня охоты с ежедневными переходами по 15-20 км в режиме поиск-охота в сопровождении организатора-проводника Федора, пропагандирующего максимально индивидуальную охоту с минимумом участников. На второй день к вечеру обнаружили 2-х самцов, на третий день успели обнаружить их же, уходящих на дневную лежку на самом высоком хребте. Удалось подняться к ним и практически незаметно подойти, насколько это было возможно по каменистому склону. Они сорвались с лежки и после спуска в лог, стали подниматься по противоположному склону. Выстрелом через ущелье мне и посчастливилось добыть одного из них с расстояния 320 метров под углом 20 градусов.

The Yakutian snow sheep was taken on the fifth day of the hunt. Shot distance: 205 metres. This is my first sheep.

The hunt took place on the 9th of September in the Primorsky Krai in the hunting reserve "Sinegorye". A trophy male was taken during the first outing in the evening on the feeding grounds.
