- Magadan Region: Kolyma Upland. The northern boundary of the range follows the border with the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, while the north-western boundary runs along the border with Yakutia, from the Omolon River to the Kolyma River. The western boundary then follows the Kolyma River to the federal Kolyma Highway and continues south along the highway to Magadan.
- Kamchatka Region: A limited area along the border with Magadan Region, in the far north-eastern part of the Kolyma Upland.
