The habitat regions of all geographical forms of snow sheep in Russia (excluding the Putorana snow sheep):
* Due to the existing legislative restrictions on hunting these species, such a trophy may be considered if it was harvested with a special permit issued by the competent government authority of the country of origin. Additionally, these species may be included in the rating forms as a photographic trophy, but only under the Super 60 category.
Mountain regions of Chukotka. Within the habitat range, the distribution is mosaic, with about 100 habitats of snow sheep identified. Currently, they can be found in the Anadyr Plateau, in the Baraniye Mountains of Chukotka, and in the Pekulney and Chantalsky Ridges, as well as in several other locations.
