In Turkey the range of bezoar ibex extends from the Datca Peninsula across the Taurus and Anti-Taurus Mountains, as well as throughout all mountainous areas along the Black Sea coast. Numerous populations inhabit the Giden Gelmez Mountains and the Aladaglar Ridge.
