The Tian Shan mountain range, stretching from south-eastern Kazakhstan and eastern Kyrgyzstan eastward approximately to the city of Urumchi in Xinjiang, China. In Kyrgyzstan, the Naryn River marks the boundary with the habitat of the Hume argali.
